You have chosen to sell your house, apartment or land through a professional real estate agency. Below you can read what a collaboration with our agency entails.
Estimation and preparation
We schedule an appointment for an estimation of your property. You will receive a detailed estimation report that we will go through with you. The asking price is an important focus point, but also all possible measures you can take to sell your property smoothly. For example, it may be interesting to carry out minor maintenance work before we put the property on the market.
Real estate file and publicity
Once we have established the asking price and the start date for the sale, we create a real estate file for your property. We gather the necessary documents and create a complete property description with photos. We ensure that your property quickly appears on our site and on leading real estate sites and develop a publicity plan. Information about your property is emailed to all contacts who are looking for your property type through our agency.
Visits and negotiations
We monitor all requests regarding your property, organize visits and keep you informed about the progress of the sales process. If an interested party makes an offer, we consult with you on whether you want to accept the offer. You always have the final say.
Sales agreement
If you agree with the offer, we will prepare a sales agreement. This agreement is sent to you, to your buyer, and to the relevant notaries well before the agreed signing date for approval. Once all parties have approved the content, the agreement is signed by you and the buyer at our office. Subsequently, we provide the buyer's notary with the complete real estate file in preparation for the notarial deed, which will be drawn up within a maximum of four months after the sales agreement.
What are the costs?
If your property is sold, you will pay a pre-agreed percentage of the selling price. If, despite all our efforts, we fail to sell your property, you will not owe us anything. The terms of our collaboration are detailed in the collaboration agreement that we sign at the start of our assignment. Our assignment is in accordance with the applicable legislation and is monitored by the Federal Public Service Economy.
