A decade ago, local newspapers were the prime medium for finding a rental property. Today, real estate websites have taken over. We will list your property on our site and on leading real estate websites, with a clear description and beautiful photos.
Visits and evaluation of applications
We ensure that interested tenants can easily visit your property and provide them with all necessary information. Those wishing to rent your property will fill out our information form and submit it to our office. The information form complies with the recommendations of the Belgian Privacy Commission. Based on the form, we check 2 things: whether the prospective tenant is objectively able to afford the rent and whether your property is suitable for their living requirements. For example, if you are renting out a one-bedroom apartment, it is not advisable to house five family members. You will be informed of each application and, as the landlord, ultimately make the final decision.
Solid contract
Once a suitable tenant has been found, we prepare the lease agreement and invite you and your tenant for the contract signing. We will also provide you with some tips, such as on creating the inventory report, the mandatory registration of the lease agreement, termination conditions, and more.
